What Are Micro-Credentials?
A micro-credential issued by the A&M-Central Texas College of Education and Human Development gives you a chance to highlight your marketable skills and academic accomplishments.
Micro-credentials are narrower in scope and shorter in duration than bachelor's or master's degrees and, in some cases, are shorter than certificate programs, as well. To earn a micro-credential, students must be enrolled as graduate students at A&M-Central Texas, earn a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the micro-credential courses and receive no grade lower than a C.
The courses you successfully complete may also be used to satisfy elective hours needed for graduate degree programs at A&M-Central Texas.
