Mr. John Carroll currently serves the Provost at A&M-Central Texas as the Associate Director, Institutional Research supporting program effectiveness, accreditation, and strategic planning efforts. Before joining the university in 2011, Mr. Carroll earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology Design from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He served 23 years in the United States Navy. During his service, he managed curriculum content and assessment for educational programs as a curriculum manager at the Center for Surface Combat Systems.
