Fernando Rodriguez-Ramos is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management at Texas A&M University-Central Texas. He has earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Administration- Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and is currently a Doctoral candidate pursuing a Doctor of Education- Organizational Leadership degree from Abilene Christian University. Fernando has been an Adjunct Instructor of undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and the University of the Incarnate Word for the last 14 years. He is a certified Information/Knowledge Manager expert with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and the U.S. Army. Fernando is a proven leader skilled in instructional techniques, learning management systems, information and operations management, and organizational development.
