Texas A&M University-Central Texas invites students, faculty, and staff to participate in its group fitness classes, designed to promote health, wellness, and a sense of community. These classes, held in the Fitness Center Studio in Heritage Hall, encourage participants of all fitness levels to explore various workout styles under the guidance of experienced instructors.
The program features a variety of classes tailored to different interests and fitness goals, listed below.
- Kickboxing with Jackie
Monday through Friday: 12 p.m.- 1 p.m. - Step with Jackie
Monday through Friday: 1 p.m.- 2 p.m. - Dance with Sara
Monday and Wednesday: 10 a.m.- 11 a.m. - Yoga with Shaina
Monday: 11 a.m.- 12 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday: 7:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.
Students who have paid tuition can attend classes for free, while faculty and staff can join through affordable membership plans. Participants may check-in for class at the Fitness Center front desk before each class begins.
