Texas A&M University–Central Texas is hosting a Self-Care Symposium for students from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, May 2 in the Bernie Beck Lecture Hall in Gen. Robert Shoemaker Founders Hall.
Students can register to attend the symposium by clicking this link
or by scanning the QR code.
The event, co-sponsored by the Student Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (SAMFT) and Psy Squared, is a chance for students to address the stress they may be feeling as the spring semester comes to an end. It is meant to emphasize the importance of taking care of one’s health and will feature opportunities to learn and participate in a variety of self-care practices, including meditation, coloring, drawing/writing, crafts, and games.
