Texas A&M University-Central Texas invites students to explore global learning opportunities through its Study Abroad program. One of the highlights of the upcoming year is the 2025 study-abroad program, titled “Cathedrals, Monuments, & Memorials: A Journey Through England’s Heart.”
Taking place from May 19-27, 2025, this educational experience will take students through London, York, Canterbury, and Austin, offering both academic and cultural insights. Led by Associate Professor of English, Dr. Amber Dunai, and Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, Dr. Allen Redmon, the program allows students to delve into the themes of memory and memorialization, with course credit available for “Remembering the Middle Ages” and “Public Spaces, Democracy, Empathy.”
The total cost of the program is $5,600, with a $500 deposit required by November 26, 2024. The cost is subject to change based on enrollment, and the price is an approximate per-enrollee figure. There are 15 scholarships available, each offering $3,000 to eligible students to help offset costs. Enrollment is limited, and early registration is recommended to secure a place in the program.
