It's been a long road for Leighton Ellison. After realizing his love for learning at Temple College, he transferred to A&M-Central Texas where he became immersed in his classes and community service, becoming a member of the University’s prestigious Blue Coat Ambassadors.

Unbeknownst to them, Engineering Week is being celebrated across the U.S., February 16-22, observed by more than 70 engineering, education, and cultural societies and more than 50 corporations and government agencies. But for university students, celebrating takes on a somewhat different form.
